Most orders are shipped within 5 business days or sooner of an order being received. Since we work with multiple vendors to get the final product into your hands, sometimes things take a little longer but where we can we try to get orders out Lickety Split once your order is received.

Your method of payment is not charged until the item has been shipped and on its way. You can always check on the status of your order under the MY Account feature on our website. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will email and let you know it’s on the way.

Please note: At this time we only ship inside the Continental USA. If you have questions about placing and shipping an order to Canada, please complete the contact us section. We are not opposed to creating a special handling order that will make your day, there is just a lot more involved to do it.
